At Bowlify, every order is packed with care — from our facility to your doorstep. Whether you’ve chosen a serving bowl, a woven basket, or a storage essential, we make sure it arrives safely, cleanly, and ready to use in your home.

🚚 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight:

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days

  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days

📍 Note: Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations.

📦 Packaging & Handling

Every Bowlify order is:

  • Carefully packaged using protective, eco-friendly materials to reduce the risk of transit damage

  • Discreetly shipped for added privacy

  • Handled with care so it arrives in excellent, ready-to-use condition

🎁 Gifting? Add a personalized message or choose luxury gift wrapping at checkout.

Orders with multiple items may be combined into a single shipment unless requested otherwise.

📅 Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next business day

  • Remote Areas: May require additional delivery time or incur extra fees

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply if you’re unavailable to receive your order

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve it quickly and smoothly
